Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was placed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If within the 30 days please contact us via email, to let us know reason for return and ship items to:

37 Shaw Close, Red Deer, AB, T4R-0L3. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. Any items items exchanged for a different style or size will be done once and the sale with be FINAL!

Unless there is a product defect such as a seam coming a part in which case contact us. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded, also all Clearance items are FINAL SALE!

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow enough time for the money to show back up on your credit based on you banks time frame to show it.

Late or missing refunds

You will receive an email when your order is refunded and can take 7-10 days to be processed by banks.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance Items

All Clearance items are FINAL SALE!

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, also defective clearance items will not be replaced, instead you will receive a credit on your account. If you need to exchange for a different size though or style please contact us through one of our available messaging options to discuss the need for an exchange. Items returned must be in the same condition as it was sent and an exchange for wrong size will only be done once. Upon item being received and inspected to ensure in original condition (ex. Not covered in hair, food, etc.) we will ship back the new size or style

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item.

NOTE: Orders of $75 and up before taxes and after discounts applied qualify for free shipping.
